The company has over 30 years building experience in one off housing, attic conversions and single story rear extensions up to 40m2 exempt of planning permission. The company afford its clients consultations with company architect and company engineer if required and free design consultation reference design proposed for the extension. On completion of works company will also cover the cost of certification by the architect of the building as being in substantial compliance with building regulations and exemption of planning and certification from engineer where steel RSJ or portal frame is required.

The company engineer will only be required in the case where steel is an intricate part or the works for example knocking out rear wall of house and spanning opening with steel RSJ of suitable strength to take loading and portal frame where there is a large degree of glass from ceiling to floor in the proposed extension.
