As all of our builds are fully bespoke a contract price will be given following a complimentary site survey by one of our experts.

 

A detailed specification will then be agreed with the client.

** If the client has a limited company and is purchasing through this VAT can be reclaimed at 13.5% and the balance of the contract can be written off as a capital cost over 8 years at a rate of 12.5% per annum.
